In 2012, Hannah graduated from the University of Roehampton with a First Class (Hons) Dance Studies Degree and is now a dance artist, improviser and teacher based in Brighton.

She has taught and performed nationally and internationally in different festivals and platforms including Brighton Dance Network’s performance evening, Barcelona International Dance Exchange (BIDE), Freakatoni Witchy Improvisational Weekend, Amsterdam and at Trinity Laban conservatoire of music and dance.

Hannah specialises in teaching creative and contemporary youth workshops and facilitates improvisational workshops in performance and group work.

Her choreographic work has been performed at Greenwich Dance, Laban’s Bonnie Bird Stage and the Roehampton Dance Festival. Click here to see her latest choreographic work… She is passionate about improvisation and performance and has studied with improvisers such as Kirstie Simson, Katie Duck and Lalitaraja.

In 2012, she launched HannahPickettDance Project teaching and inspiring children in schools and youth settings. She has taught children and young adults of all different ages and abilities in a variety of school and workshop settings. Hannah provides specialist dance INSET training for teachers and a range of creative dance workshops to Primary Schools in the South East.
